I’m a high vibe Functional Nutritionist, Women’s Health Coach and postnatal wellness advocate. It’s my mission to empower you to rediscover your sense of self, harmonise your hormones and balance your energy so you can be present with your family, realise your ambitions at work and flourish into the passionate, sassy women within.

As a Functional Nutritionist, I work with you to explore and uncover the root cause of your symptoms or disease. FAQ's

When does this programme start ?

The program starts on the 18th June and runs until 18th July.

I don’t have time for this, but I really want to make it work. What would you recommend?

If you don’t have time to work through all of the programme right away, you’ll have lifetime access.

Our goal is to get you feeling as good as possible, as quickly as possible! Often when we think we don’t have time for something, the issue isn’t time, but it’s actually fatigue, brain fog and overwhelm holding us back.

So this programme does require some commitment at the start - I recommend being able to put aside at least 2 - 3 hours per week to work through the materials and start implementing the strategies - but once you get going you will fly! The small but powerfully practical tools you will learn will help your energy to lift and open up space in your world.

How is the programme delivered?

The program is delivered in the form of 60 minute weekly zoom calls with Liz, comprising of LIVE training followed by Q&A. All calls will be recorded and uploaded to the training portal for digestion at any time should you be unable to attend live or want to revisit

I’m on the pill, HRT, or Merina coil. Is this programme ok for me?

Yes, you will still gain plenty of powerful insights, strategies and relevant take-aways from the programme. Working on other areas of your health will still support you to feel amazing and bring more confidence and ease back into your life! However, those who are not taking these medications will get slightly more out of certain modules.

I’m not in my 40s or I’m not in perimenopause yet. Should I follow this programme?

This course is designed specifically for women in their 40s moving into perimenopause. Women in their late 30s and early 50s will still benefit, but this programme is not designed for women who are significantly pre- or post-menopausal.

I’m in my 40s, but I don’t know if I’m in perimenopause. Is Second Spring still right for me?

YES! The programme will take you through what changes you can expect, and some of the telltale signs of perimenopause. But more importantly, we’ll focus on creating a strong foundation for you to thrive through your 40s and experience a smoother perimenopause, whenever that is for you.

Perimenopausal or not, most women in their 40s have started to experience hormonal imbalances that are dampening their spark, and will benefit from this programme.

I’m a fussy eater so won’t be able to eat the food you recommend. What should I do?

The food we eat should be exciting and delicious! Our meal inspiration and recipes will help you to discover new and yummy ways to eat foods you might previously not have enjoyed. If you’re open to trying new things this programme is for you.

However, if you feel you won’t be able to incorporate any whole, nutrient-dense foods into your diet, this programme isn’t for you.

Will it work for me?

If you follow the steps in the programme, you will likely experience at least some form of positive change in your health and your life - more energy, better sleep, improved mood, a renewed sense of self. Everyone is different, and results will depend on our unique biology and where we start from.

HOWEVER what the strategies in this programme will give you, is a rock solid foundation to continue to nourish your body and mind, improve your stress capacity and reconnect to your body’s innate wisdom. From here, some women will benefit from additional support such as Bioidentical HRT and Functional Testing. But, by working through the Second Spring programme first, you will be setting yourself up for greater success.
