Momentum Session

£160 | 30 minutes

A focused 30-minute consultation with your practitioner to review your progress, refine your approach, and move you forward with clarity.

This session is designed for clients already working with us who want to build on what’s in motion - whether that’s evolving your plan, working through a sticking point, or making sense of how things are unfolding in real time.

It’s a space to pause, reflect, and make intelligent adjustments, so you’re not just staying on track, but continuing to progress in the right direction.

A couple of things worth knowing:

This session is not suitable for reviewing lab results. If you have test results to go through, please book a Follow-up with Lab Review instead.

Getting the most from your sessions

We recommend Momentum Sessions every 2 weeks to support steady, meaningful progress. If you're unsure about how often to book, closer together tends to work better than further apart - especially earlier in your journey.

If it has been six months or longer since your last appointment, we'd recommend booking the longer Follow-up with Lab Review (even if you don’t have new lab test results). This gives your practitioner enough time to properly revisit where you are and make sure you get everything you need from the session.
