FLOURISH is held as a live small group programme over 8 weeks with two joining options -
FLOURISH FOUNDATIONS and the FULL FLOURISH EXPERIENCE.
Both options include the camaraderie and coaching within our private Facebook group,
teachings, and weekly LIVE sessions.
The FULL FLOURISH EXPERIENCE takes this to the next level with complete personalisation - you
will receive your personalised blueprint which will evolve over the 6 weeks (this is based on your
health questionnaire and our conversations), 1:1 WhatsApp support, and weekly
Zoom group coaching calls.
